Do you want a boring vacation – or do you want to make waves? Head to the Cape Codder Resort & Spa and prepare to be amazed by its giant water park. Zip down a 50- and 80-foot water slide through a replica of a pirate ship or down a 160-foot high-speed slide. Travel a 300-foot “stormy” river with waterfalls, rapids and a spouting humpback whale. Experience the wave pool with 2-foot waves, water fountains and a water umbrella. There’s a play section for the little ones: a spray pool with dumping buckets, water cannons and small slides. The park also features a 24-person whirlpool, sauna, fitness center, changing rooms and a cafe with good eats and a full bar.
