On the dam controlled Deerfield River rafting trips can vary from wild to mild, depending on the preferences of your group. Enjoy a variety of outings from full-day rafting trips on mild Class 1-3 rapids to aggressive Class 3-4 rapids or half day trips in guided rafts or inflatable kayaks (called Funyaks) for kids as young as age 5.
