Need help planning your Plymouth vacation? These visitor centers are great place to start
There is so much to see and do in Plymouth, you may need a little help making choices. Luckily, several information and visitor centers have everything you need to plan your exciting vacation in America’s Hometown. Stop in at See Plymouth Headquarters downtown for maps and brochures for the town, surrounding county and beyond, including information on attractions, restaurants, shopping and lodging. The Waterfront Visitor Information Center (used annually by more than 100,000 visitors from all over the world), right on the harbor, also has special-event schedules – and clean restrooms. And there’s also the Massachusetts Visitor Information Center on Route 3, at Exit 13 (inside the McDonald’s building), which also offers maps, brochures, restrooms, food, and picnic tables.
Hours: April 1-November 1, daily; 9 a.m.-5 p.m. during spring and fall; extended evening hours until 8 p.m. in mid-summer.
