The Big E is a gigantic two-week-plus agriculture fair representing all six states of New England. Activities, entertainment, and exhibits cover the entire range of everything you will see at any great country fair.
  • Avenue of the States has permanent buildings where Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont display information about their communities, products, and foods.
  • Entertainment throughout the fair includes a daily parade, a circus, car shows and live performances.
  • Storrowtown Village is a window into an earlier New England.
  • Agricultural exhibits, demos and competitions run the full gamut of the work that farm families do, from raising horses to canning berries.
  • Fair food is everywhere, and repeat visitors often pre-order the famous Big E cream puff.
