This Visitor Center is the departure point for several in-depth, expert-led tours of Concord, including the Historic Tour of Concord, the Emerson- Thoreau Amble, and the Little Women Tour, African-American History of Concord Bike Tour, Historic Tours of Concord for Families, and Indigenous People of Concord Tour.
Hours: Public bathrooms are open year-round, daily, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. all year long. The tourism manager is available year-round by appointment, by phone at 978-287-1064 or by email at visitors@concordma.gov

At the information center, you can oriented yourself to the harbor and park's 34 islands; learn about free daily activities; pick up brochures, maps, schedules, ferry tickets, and Park Passport stamps; books, gifts, memorabilia, and sundries at the only landside Harbor Islands store.
