Two Federalist mansions replete with numerous working fireplaces have been connected to form this elegant Inn, located in Old Town. The Inn offers first class accommodations, dining and amenities found in only the finest of lodging and hotel facilities.
All Inn rooms are equipped with private baths, telephones, televisions and air conditioning. Many rooms have working fireplaces, VCRs, and remote stereo / CD players. Some rooms also have double Jacuzzis, sundecks or patios. Our heated pool is open mid May to mid October from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
An extensive continental breakfast buffet is included with all rooms along with afternoon tea, coffee and cordials. Breakfast includes: fresh coffees, teas, juice, seasonal fruits, yogurts, cakes, bagels, freshly baked breads and assorted quiches.
We are located in the heart of the historic harbor district of fine shops, galleries and great restaurants. The harbor is just around the corner.

The Yankee Clipper Inn is a 1929 art deco mansion that sits on a rocky bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, in Rockport, MA. The inn is conveniently located 60 miles north of Boston. There are 8 guest rooms, an ocean front function room, and an on-site restaurant Bistro 127. Most of the guest rooms provide spectacular views of the Atlantic. Spacious, manicured grounds and flowered gardens surround this great Rockport inn. Guests can sit and relax on our oceanfront patio or spend a quiet moment in the oceanfront gazebo enjoying views of the water and the town of Rockport. A fresh water pool, located on the property, is one of many features available to our guests.
